Cancelation Guidelines
Should you need to cancel your trip, please email groups@levartetravel.com. Please be advised the first deposit is not refundable.
Between January 25 - February 24 - 50% penalty
Between February 25 - March 31 - 90% penalty
Beginning April 1, 2022, cancelations will incur 100% penalty

A valid passport is required for all travelers.
Hotel check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.

We highly recommend all travelers purchase travel protection.
You may purchase travel protection from any provider of your choice.

Playa Resorts 'Extended Stay Protection’ program is $49 per adult, while children 12 and under will remain complimentary. Below you'll find detailed information on this program.
Playa’s Extended Stay Protection guarantees quarantine accommodations at a standard category room for up to 14 days at no additional charge.

Playa Resorts continues to offer all guests complimentary Antigen tests. We are compliant with new rules by providing results 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure flight.
